Winter Weather Policy
Please be aware that if Marshfield Schools are closed due to inclement weather, NRAS classes will be cancelled and makeup dates will be scheduled by instructor.

Payment Policy
Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received. Payment is due before the start of first class. Class payments will not be pro-rated.Teacher is not responsible for materials missed due to student absence. 

Refund Policy
Refunds requested from students less than 10 days before class start are subject to $25 admin fee. Instructors and the Office Staff decide whether a class has sufficient enrollment to run. Every effort will be made to make this decision at least a week before the class is due to begin. If a class does not run, students will be notified via email and refunds will be issued.

Make-Up Classes 
Make-up classes will be scheduled by the instructor should they cancel a class for any reason. Students will be notified of cancellations by the instructor.
